摘要
研究了紫薇(Lagerstroemia indica L.)在不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)、不同浸种时间处理下对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:GA3可以促进紫薇种子萌发,使用GA3处理的种子发芽率均高于CK;相同条件下200 mg/L浓度的GA3处理紫薇种子发芽率最高,发芽率为60%,明显高于100 mg/L和500 mg/L浓度的GA3处理的种子;GA3处理时间对紫薇种子的发芽率影响不明显。
The effects of Lagerstroemia indica L. on seed germination under different concentrations of GA3 and different soaking time were studied. The results showed that GA3 could promote the germination of crape myrtle seeds, the germination rate of seeds treated with GA3 was higher than that of CK. Under the same conditions GA3 treated with GA3 had the highest germination rate, the germination rate was 60%, obviously higher than 100 mg/l and 500 mg/l GA3 treatment seeds; GA3 treatment time on crape myrtle seeds germination rate is not obvious.
