摘要
通过对EPC总承包模式下的设计管理过程的总结和阐述,从前期的施工准备、过程中的施工配合,以及复杂项目的接口管理、设计优化控制,结合预算限额等多方面提出合理化建议,并且结合设计总结及竣工资料,为业主提供完整、准确的工程资料,保障项目的顺利运营,为同类项目提供参考。
Based on the summary and elaboration of the design and management process under EPC general contracting mode,we put forward reasonable suggestions from the aspects of construction preparation, construction coordination in the process, as well as the complex interface management, design optimization control of complex projects, and combined with the budget limitation. Combined with the design summary and completion data, we provided complete and accurate engineering information for owners, which can ensure the smooth operation of the project, and provide a reference for similar projects.
