准实验设计方法在疫苗效果评价中的应用

摘要
在疫苗上市后效果观察中,准实验设计应用更广泛。本文对非均衡组设计、中断时间序列设计、回归点位移设计和回归中断设计等准实验设计方法在疫苗效果评价中的应用予以简要介绍。
The quasi-experimental design is more prevalent for the efficacy evaluation after the vaccine was licensed.We want to summarize the common method of quasi-experimental design here, including nonequivalent groups design,interrupted time series design,regression point displacement design and regression discontinuity design.
