摘要
从城市交通管制政策对于冷链物流配送在时间和空间上的限制这一实际情形出发,结合冷链物流实际配送活动,立足于冷链配送企业,构建了交通管制下冷链物流的共同配送模型。并通过数值实验,对冷链物流共同配送模式和传统的单温层冷链配送模式进行了对比,并分析了在不同交通管制情形下,冷链物流共同配送模式配送成本的变化。分析得出:相较于单温层冷链配送,冷链物流共同配送模式更能适应当前城市交通管制情形下的配送环境;其配送成本受制于交通管制政策的变化,其中相较于交通区域管制,配送成本受交通管制时段的影响更大。
        Based on the actual situation that the urban traffic control policy restricts the time and space of cold chain logistics distribution, combining with the actual distribution activities of cold chain logistics and basing on cold chain distribution enterprises, this paper constructs a joint distribution model of cold chain logistics under traffic control. Through numerical experiments, comparing the cold chain logistics codistribution model and the traditional single-layer cold chain distribution model, and the distribution cost of cold chain logistics co-distribution model was analyzed under different traffic control conditions. The results show that, with compared with single-layer cold chain distribution, cold chain logistics co-distribution model can be better adapt to the current urban traffic control environment; its distribution cost is subject to the change of traffic control policy, and the distribution cost is more affected by the traffic control period than the traffic regional control.
