乳腺癌中凋亡细胞比率与雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人表皮生长因子-2表达的相关性研究

摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌凋亡细胞比率与ER、PR、HER-2表达的相关性。方法通过对91例癌灶组织流式细胞术检测癌灶组织中的凋亡细胞比率,免疫组化法监测癌灶组织中雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人类表皮生长因子受体2表达,对HER-2(++)进行FISH检测最终确定阴阳性表达。通过统计学分析确定乳腺癌细胞凋亡细胞比率与乳腺癌免疫组化中ER、PR、HER-2表达的相关性。结果不同临床参数患者凋亡细胞比率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),雌激素受体、孕激素受体皆阴性患者凋亡细胞比率均显著高于阳性患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),凋亡细胞比率与雌激素受体、孕激素受体呈正相关(r=0. 982,P <0. 05),凋亡细胞比率较高者与人类表皮生长因子受体2受体表达阳性,呈正相关(r=0. 985,P <0. 05)。结论凋亡细胞比率与雌激素受体、孕激素受体阴性表达、人类表皮生长因子受体2受体表达阳性显著相关。
        Objective To investigate the correlation of apoptotic cell ratio with ER,PR and Her-2 levels in breast cancer.Methods Flow cytometry was used to monitor the apoptotic cell rate in 91 cases of cancer tissue,and the expressions of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 were detected by immunohistochemistry.HER-2( + +) was conducted for FISH monitoring so as to determine positive and negative expressions. Statistical analysis was used to determine the correlation of apoptotic cell rate with ER,PR and HER-2 levels in breast cancer. Results There was no statistical significance on the difference of apoptosis cell ratio in patients with different clinical parameters( P > 0. 05);and the apoptosis cell ratio in patients with negative estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor was significantly higher than that of positive patients,with the differences statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Apoptosis cell ratio was positively correlated with estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor( r = 0. 982,P < 0. 05),and negatively correlated with HER-2 receptors( r =0. 985,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Apoptotic cell ratio was significantly associated with progesterone receptor and the negative expression of estrogen receptor,and positively associated with human epidermal growth factor 2.
