多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:收治NSCLC患者36例,采用注射用奈达铂80 mg/m2加入0.9%氯化钠溶液500 m L中静脉滴注,多西他赛75 mg/m2加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250 m L中静脉滴注,21 d为1个周期,每例完成2个周期后评价疗效。结果:部分缓解16例,病情稳定13例和进展7例,有效率44.44%;主要不良反应主要为恶心呕吐、乏力、脱发、骨髓抑制。结论:多西他赛联合奈达铂治疗晚期NSCLC患者有较好的疗效,不良反应轻微。
Objective:To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of docetaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:36 patients with NSCLC were selected.They were given nifedipine 80mg/m2 injected into 500 m L 0.9% sodium chloride solution for intravenous infusion,docetaxel 75 mg/m2 adding to 0.9% sodium chloride solution 250 m L for intravenous infusion.21 days for a cycle,we evaluated the efficacy of each case after completed 2cycles.Results:16 cases were partial remission,stable disease in 13 cases and progression in 7 cases.The effective rate was44.44%.The main adverse reactions were nausea,vomiting,fatigue,alopecia,bone marrow suppression.Conclusion:Docetaxel combined with nedaplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC has a good effect,with mild side effects.
