摘要
使用自行制备的316L气雾化粉末和选区激光熔化设备,制备了316L不锈钢试样,并获得了优化工艺参数。结果表明,扫描间距对试样的致密度和性能有明显影响。在激光功率280 W、扫描速度950 mm/s、扫描间距0.1 mm时,能实现致密316L不锈钢的打印成形,获得的试样抗拉强度达到636.1 MPa,伸长率达39.5%,无缺口冲击值达172.0 J。
316L stainless steel samples were prepared by selective laser melting using self-made 316L powder. The optimized processing was obtained based on experiments. The results show that the scanning space has significant effects on the density and properties of the sample. The printing forming of 316L stainless steel with highest density can be realized under the condition of laser power of 280 W, scanning speed of 950 mm/s and scanning distance of 0.1 mm. Under that condition,the sample with the tensile strength of 636.1 MPa, elongation of 39.5% and no notch impact value of 172.0 J can be obtained.
