摘要
采用聚胺类高分子电解质(凝聚剂A)和硫酸铝稀硫酸溶液(凝聚剂B)复合体系及无水乙醇分别制备了丁苯胶乳(SBRL)干聚物,用于测定结合苯乙烯质量分数,并考察了2种方法对SBRL结合苯乙烯质量分数测定的影响。结果表明,凝聚温度对凝聚过程影响较大,凝聚温度过高和过低均不利于洗涤除去杂质;凝聚剂A的种类对结合苯乙烯测定几乎无影响。采用无水乙醇制备SBRL干聚物时,无水乙醇用量为150 mL能够去除干扰测试结果的添加剂。采用无水乙醇制备的SBRL干聚物与复合体系制备的干聚物,结合苯乙烯质量分数测定结果基本一致,且重复性相当。无水乙醇制备的SBRL干聚物可不经抽提直接用于结合苯乙烯质量分数的测定。
        Polyamine poly electrolyte(coagulant A) and aluminium sulfate dilute sulfuric acid solution(coagulant B) as well as absolute ethanol were used to prepare styrene-butadiene latex(SBRL) dry polymer for the determination of mass fraction of bound styrene. The influencing factors of two methods for the determination of mass fraction of bound styrene in SBRL were investigated. The results showed that coagulation temperature had a great influence on coagulation process, excessive or low coagulation temperature was not conducive to the removal of impurities by washing. The type of coagulant A had little influence on the determination of mass fraction of bound styrene. When SBRL dry polymer was prepared by anhydrous ethanol, the additives that interfered with the test results could be removed by using 150 mL anhydrous ethanol. The results of mass fraction of bound styrene in SBRL dry polymer prepared by anhydrous ethanol with that prepared by composite system were basically the same, and the repeatability was good. SBRL dry polymer prepared by anhydrous ethanol could be directly used to determine the mass fraction of bound styrene without extraction.
