摘要
利用等离子体对Kevlar49纤维射频处理,并通过等离子体射频处理前后Kevlar49纤维的分子结构与机械性能变化来表征等离子体射频处理对对位芳纶纤维性能的影响。结果表明:经等离子体射频后Kevlar49纤维的表面出现了一定数量的凹凸坑穴与微纤维,增加了纤维的强力弱环数目,使得纤维表面摩擦性能增加,力学性能下降。而红外光谱与X衍射射线的测试表明,等离子体射频处理并未改变Kevlar49纤维的分子结构,综合Kevlar49纤维处理前后的各指标变化可知,等离子体对Kevlar49纤维射频处理提高了Kevlar49纤维的可纺性。
        Properties influences of Kevlar49 fibers treated by plasma radiofrequency were studied by testing changes of molecular structure and mechanical properties before and after plasma radiofrequency treatment.Research showed that the surface of Kevlar49 fibers appeared a certain number of bump holes and micro fibers which were led to add the number of strength weak link and increased the fiber surface friction which were opposite to mechanical properties.However,its molecular structures still kept the same after plasma radiofrequency treatment which was got the conclusion by infrared spectroscopy and X radial diffraction testing.It was draw a conclusion that spinnabilities were improved by studying the various index changes of Kevlar49 fibers after plasma radiofrequency treatment.
