摘要
目的探讨贵州省凤冈锌硒茶对高脂高糖饮食大鼠肝脏功能的影响。方法实验分为5组,每组10只大鼠,雌雄各半。即:普通饲料组(C组)、高脂高糖组(CH组)、高脂高糖+绿茶组(CHT组)、高脂高糖+锌硒茶低剂量组(ZTHL组)和高脂高糖+锌硒茶高剂量组(ZTHH组),除对照组外,其余4组1~20周均给予高脂高糖饮食,茶叶组于第7~20周给予茶水灌胃。其中CHT组灌胃普通绿茶、ZTHL组和ZTHH组灌胃锌硒茶,用量分别为(0.24、0.24、1.20 g/kg/d),饲养20周后剖杀取血和肝脏组织,检测各组大鼠肝体指数、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)和α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)等水平。结果 1与高脂高糖组比较,锌硒茶低剂量组肝体指数低于高脂高糖组(P<0.05)。2锌硒茶低剂量组DBIL值低于高脂高糖组(P<0.05)。3锌硒茶低剂量组和锌硒茶高剂量组TBA值均低于高脂高糖组(P<0.01,P<0.05);与正常对照组相比,锌硒茶低剂量组ALP值低于正常对照组(P<0.01);与高脂高糖组相比,锌硒茶低剂量组ALP值低于高脂高糖组(P<0.05);与普通绿茶组相比,锌硒低剂量组和锌硒茶高剂量组ALP值低于普通绿茶组(P<0.05)。4与高脂高糖组相比,普通绿茶组、锌硒茶低剂量组和锌硒茶高剂量组AFU值均低于高脂高糖组比(P<0.05)。结论锌硒茶能改善高脂高糖饮食的大鼠肝脏功能。
        Objective To explore the effects of the Zinc Selenium Tea of Fenggang on liver function in high fat and sugar fed rats. Methods The rats were divided into five groups,with both male and female. They were control( C) group,high fat and high sugar control( CH) group,high fat and sugar + green tea( CHT) group,high fat and sugar + zinc selenium with low dose( ZTHL) group and high fat and sugar + zinc selenium with high dose( ZTHH) group. In addition to the C group,the remaining four groups were given the high fat and high sugar diet daily for 20 weeks. The CHT,ZTHL and ZTHH groups were also gavaged the green tea and zinc selenium tea daily from the 7thweek to the end of experiments. The CHT group was gavaged green tea( 0. 24 g/kg/d),the ZTHL group was gavaged the zinc selenium tea( 0. 24 g/kg/d) and the ZTHH group was gavaged the zinc selenium( 1. 2 g/kg/d). At the 20 ~(th)week,the blood samples of the rats were collected and analyzed for total bilirubin( TBIL),direct bilirubin( DBIL),total bile acid( TBA),alkaline phosphatase( ALP),choline esterase( CHE)and α-L-fucose-glucosidase( AFU). Results Green tea and zinc selenium tea administration for 13 weeks produced beneficial effects. The liver to body weight index in the ZTHL group was lower than the CH group( P <0. 05). The DBIL were lower in the ZTHL group than CH group( P < 0. 05). The levels of TBA were much lower in the ZTHL group and ZTHH group than that in the CH group( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05). The ALP was lower in the ZTHL group than the C group and the CH group( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05). Compared with the CHT group,the ALP was lower in the ZTHL and ZTHH group. The level of AFU in the CHT,ZTHL and ZTHH group was lower than the CH group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The zinc selenium tea can improve liver function of high fat and high sugar fed rats. The effects of the dose of 0. 24 g/kg/d were much better than the green tea and the high dose of1. 2 g/kg/d.
