摘要
目的研究灌胃给予大鼠凤冈锌硒茶后硒元素在其体内组织中的分布。方法将42只雄性SD大鼠随机分为7组:空白对照30、90d组,凤冈锌硒茶低、中、高剂量(0.1、0.3、0.6g/kg)30d组,凤冈锌硒茶低剂量(0.1g/kg)90d组,普通绿茶中剂量(0.3g/kg)30d组,每组6只。除空白对照组外,其余组大鼠均连续30d或90d每天灌胃相应茶汤1次。末次给予茶汤24h后将大鼠全部处死,采用石墨炉原子吸收仪测定大鼠肝脏、肾脏、心脏、血浆、脑、胰腺、肺、指甲、肌肉和睾丸中硒含量。结果普通绿茶组大鼠各组织中硒含量与空白对照30d组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与空白对照30d组和普通绿茶组比较,凤冈锌硒茶高剂量30d组大鼠肝脏、肾脏、心脏、胰腺、肺、指甲和肌肉中硒含量显著增加,与空白对照90d组比较,凤冈锌硒茶低剂量90d组大鼠各组织中硒含量均显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论长期灌胃给予大鼠凤冈锌硒茶能增加大鼠组织中硒元素的含量。
        Objective To investigate the distribution of selenium in the tissue of rats after given Fenggang Zinc and Selenium-enriched Tea(ZSTF)by gavage.Methods 42 male SD rats were randomly divided into seven groups:blank control 30,90 d group,ZSTF with low,medium and high-doses(0.1,0.3,0.6 g/kg)30 dgroup,ZSTF with low-dose(0.1 g/kg)90 dgroup,normal green tea with medium-dose(0.3 g/kg)30 dgroup,6 in each group.Except the blank control group,all the rats in the other groups were given tea once a day for 30 dor 90 d.The rats were put to death after 24 hours of tea.Selenium content in liver,kidney,heart,plasma,brain,pancreas,lung,fingernail,muscle and testicles of rats were measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption instrument.Results Selenium content in various tissues of rats in the normal green tea group was compared with that in the blank control group of 30 d,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Selenium content in liver,kidneys,heart,pancreas,lungs,finger nails and muscles of rats in the high-dose ZSTF group were significantly increased compared with the blank control group 30 dand the normal green tea group,compared with the blank control 90 dgroup,the selenium content in the tissues of rats in the low-dose ZSTF 90 dgroup was significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The content of selenium in the tissues of rats is increased by long-term gavage of ZSTF.
