茶叶对口腔疾病的预防功效与机理

摘要
口腔是承担人们日常饮食和语言交流的重要器官,一旦发生口腔疾病,有可能严重影响人体健康和正常生活。许多研究表明,饮茶有助于维护人体口腔健康,对于口腔龋病、牙周病、口腔黏膜病、口腔癌等病症都有一定的防治功效。研究表明,茶叶中的茶多酚、儿茶素、茶色素等成分,能够抑制口腔中的多种致龋菌、牙周致病菌、α唾液淀粉水解酶等活性,可以清除自由基、抑制氧化应激反应、调节肿瘤细胞周期、阻止癌细胞的增殖等,在预防口腔疾病方面表现出良好的功能作用。
