摘要
为科学有效控制出口榨菜安全,本文分析了欧美日韩等发达国家输入的中国榨菜、中国榨菜类似产品包装和11个国家类似榨菜产品预警扣留通报330例。探明榨菜出口技术性贸易壁垒特点,化学添加剂、农药残留、色素和非传统安全危害呈多样性、复杂性、动态性。不同国家关注重点不同,美国关注工艺和标签备案、新增农药和化学添加剂残留;日本关注添加剂和农药残留;欧盟关注化学添加物和包装污染。分析比较显示榨菜风险总体呈增加趋势,年通报量由3.0批增至10.1批,美国预警量最高。类似产品风险较高并可能存在于榨菜中,因此,提出风险管理、全过程控制、开发检测技术等对策保证出口榨菜安全。
        For effectively and scientifically safety control of export preserved vegetables, Researcher study330 refusal alert examples about export preserved vegetables,food packages of similar product of preserved vegetables made in China and canned food, bloat vegetables, salt food, pickled vegetables, pickles vegetables from 11 other countries to Euramerican, Japonic and South Korea. Technical and trade characteristics of export preserved vegetables is chemical additives, agriculture drugs residual, coloring matters and no-traditional safety factors. They are multifarious, variety and complicacy. There are many different focus on food safety in different countries. Process and food label registration, agriculture drugs and additive residual are pay attention to in USA recently, Additive and agriculture drugs residual in Japan, Coloring matters, additives and food package pollution in Europe. There are increasing trend in safety alert of preserved vegetables. The batch of alert every year increase from 3.0 to 10.1.High ration of alert increased in the USA. The risk in similar product of preserved vegetables is high and exist in preserved vegetables. Risk management, safety control from farm to export and test methods of no-traditional risk matters are suggested in preserved vegetables safety control.
