摘要
为提高大型隧道施工效率,满足隧道施工安全、环保的要求,采用长距离胶带机作为TBM掘进机隧道施工运渣系统。着重介绍了掘进胶带机的结构特点及主要部件的构造方式。对比当前TBM隧道施工几种运渣系统的优势和缺点,长距离胶带机运渣具有连续、高效的技术优势,将成为隧道施工出渣运输系统的重要发展方向。
        In order to improve the construction effi ciency of large tunnel, satisfy the safety and environmental protection demand of the tunnel construction, long-distance belt conveyor is used as the slag transportation system for TBM tunnel construction. In the paper, the structural features of the tunneling belt conveyor and the structural mode of its main components were introduced, as well as advantages and disadvantages of several slag transportation system for TBM tunnel construction were compared also. It was concluded that the longdistance belt conveyor would become the important development direction of the slag transportation system for tunnel construction due to its continuity and effectiveness.
