摘要
针对包钢宽厚板生产线加热炉燃耗高等问题,文章主要分析了影响加热炉燃耗的6个因素,包括生产效率、燃烧效率、废气热量损失、炉表散热损失、板坯热量回收、板坯出炉温度。通过减少供热能力、增强保温、改善空煤气混合方式、提高板坯入炉温度、降低板坯出炉温度、优化待轧降温制度及稳定炉膛压力等7项整改措施,加热炉燃耗得到大幅降低。
        In view of the high fuel consumption for heating furnace in heavy plate production line of Baotou Steel,in the paper it is mainly analyzed six factors that affect the fuel consumption of heating furnace,including production efficiency,combustion efficiency,waste gas heat loss,furnace surface heat loss,slab heat recovery and slab discharge temperature. The fuel consumption of heating furnace is greatly reduced through seven rectification measures,such as reducing heating capacity,enhancing heat preservation,improving air gas mixing way,increasing slab charging temperature,decreasing slab discharge temperature,optimizing the cooling system for slab to be rolled and stabilizing furnace pressure.
