摘要
目的探讨芦荟大黄素对人子宫内膜癌细胞HEC-1-B迁移和侵袭的影响。方法 HEC-1-B细胞培养后分对照组及实验组,对照组细胞不进行任何处理,实验组用芦荟大黄素(30μmol/L)作用24 h。应用细胞划痕实验测芦荟大黄素对HEC-1-B细胞迁移的影响;应用Transwell小室实验检测芦荟大黄素对HEC-1-B细胞侵袭的影响。结果与对照组相比,实验组24 h后划痕宽度明显大于对照组的划痕宽度。实验组24 h后的透膜细胞数明显减少。结论芦荟大黄素可抑制人子宫内膜癌细胞的迁移与侵袭。
