摘要
从物料特性、输送工艺、操作工况等方面对气力输送系统进行了介绍,对焙烧多功能天车吸卸料系统进行了设计,并对流量、管内气流速度、吸料管截面积、压力损失等参数进行了计算。针对系统中存在的吸料管磨损、能耗高等主要问题,提出了改善措施。
The pneumatic conveying system was introduced from the aspects of material characteristics,conveying process and operating conditions. The sucking and dumping system in the multifunctional crane applied to calcinations was designed, and the parameters such as flow rate, air flow velocity inside the pipe,cross-sectional area of sucking pipe and pressure loss were calculated. In view of the main problems of sucking pipe in the system such as wear & tear and high energy consumption, measures for improvement were proposed.
