摘要
为了研究定子线棒主绝缘的寿命评估模型,设计了绝缘在电热联合作用下的加速老化试验,利用平均秩次法和最小二乘法对试验数据进行分析处理,得到双参数威布尔分布模型的参数,并用该模型对绝缘的寿命进行统计分析,获得绝缘在不同电压和温度下的可靠度函数。采用95%的可靠度寿命τ(0.95)作为绝缘的平均使用寿命,基于FALLOU模型进行多元回归分析,从而获得绝缘的寿命评估模型,并通过微观结构分析绝缘的老化机理。结果表明:该模型适用于定子线棒主绝缘的寿命评估,利用该模型可以计算出现场实际给定电压和给定温度下绝缘的使用寿命,为现场制定定子线棒的预防性维修策略提供支持。
        In order to study the life evaluation model of stator bar main insulation, accelerated ageing tests under electrical and thermal combined stress were designed for insulation. The test data was analyzed and processed by average rank time method and least square method, and then the parameters of two-parameter Weibull distribution model was obtained. The life of insulation was statistical analyzed by the two-parameter Weibull distribution model, and the reliability function of insulation at different voltages and temperatures was obtained. The insulation life under the reliability of 95% was used as the average service life of insulation, and it was conducted multiple regression analysis based on the FALLOU model, then the insulation lifetime evaluation model was obtained. The ageing mechanism of insulation was analyzed through microstructure. The results show that the model is suitable for life evaluation of the main insulation for stator bar, and it can be used to calculate the service life of insulation under actual given voltage and given temperature, which can provide support for making on-site preventive maintenance strategy of stator bar.
