摘要
以4 900 t沥青船为研究对象,采用BV的Veri STAR-Hull软件建立有限元模型,基于装载两种不同温度沥青情况下,对独立货罐支承结构的相对位移进行计算与分析,并对其结构形式以及差位量进行研讨,为相似船型的货罐支承结构优化设计提供了依据。热膨胀分析研究结果可用于同类型船的结构设计参考。
A 4 900 t asphalt carrier is examined through the finite element model that is established by the Veri STAR-Hull software of BV. Based on the asphalt loading at two different temperatures, the relative displacements of the supporting structure of the independent tank are calculated and analyzed, while the structural configuration and the deviation are discussed. It can provide basis for the optimization design of the tank supporting structure for the similar ships. Furthermore, the thermal expansion analysis can provide reference for the structural design of similar ships.
