摘要
装配式建筑构件的吊装是预制装配式建筑在结构施工过程中的重要环节.通过有限元分析验证预制构件吊装时构件自重以及动力影响能够保证预制构件质量安全以及在吊装过程中的管理.并在构件吊装的过程中对其进行重心位置验算,并基于数值分析对构件在吊装过程中对于重心的精准确定,解决装配式建筑预制构件吊装过程中构件的质量安全和管理.
The lifting of prefabricated building components is an important part of the prefabricated construction in the construction process.The finite element analysis is used to verify the selfweight of the prefabricated members and the impact of the dynamics during hoisting,which can ensure the safety of the prefabricated members and the management during the hoisting process.In the process of component lifting,the center of gravity of the component is checked and based on the numerical analysis,the accurate determination of the center of gravity of the component in the lifting process is solved,and the quality safety and management of components in the process of lifting the prefabricated component of the prefabricated building are solved.
