摘要
目的:观察产前教育对孕妇分娩方式选择的影响。方法:选取150名孕妇作为观察对象,按随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组各75例。对照组接受常规产前护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受产前教育,比较护理前后两组分娩恐惧程度、分娩方式的选择情况及最终采用的分娩方式情况。结果:护理后观察组分娩轻微恐惧率明显高于对照组,高度恐惧率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组选择剖宫产者明显少于对照组,选择阴道自然分娩和阴道助产者明显多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组最终阴道自然分娩率和阴道助产率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前教育可有效减轻孕妇对阴道分娩的恐惧,降低剖宫产率。
        Objective: To observe effects of prenatal education on choice of delivery modes of pregnant women. Methods: 150 pregnant women were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine prenatal care, while the observation group received prenatal education on the basis of that of the control group. The degree of fear before and after the intervention, the choice of delivery mode, and the final delivery mode were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the rates of mild and moderate fear of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, the high fear rate was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the number of cesarean section in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the numbers of natural vaginal delivery and assisted vaginal delivery were more than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The final vaginal delivery rate and assisted vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Prenatal education can effectively reduce the fear of the pregnant women with vaginal delivery and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
