摘要
针对网格铺丝用预浸丝特点,采用国产T800/603B热熔预浸料,根据网格尺寸分切出适合网格铺丝用宽度的预浸丝,以分切5mm和10mm预浸丝为例,开展网格铺丝用预浸丝制备工艺研究,并探究分析分切宽度精度、搭接接头强度及分切预浸丝边缘损伤情况对网格铺丝用预浸丝质量的影响。结果表明:分切出的不同宽度的预浸丝能够满足网格铺丝用预浸丝使用要求。
        According to the characteristic of prepreg tow applied in grid automatic fiber placement, the prepreg by domestic T800/603B is slit into tows which is suitable for mesh laying width according to grid size. Taking slitting width of 5 mm and 10 mm prepreg tow for example, the preparation technology of which was researched. In addition the accuracy of slitting width, the strength of overlap joint and damage situation of slitting prepreg tow edge were studied. Results showed that different widths of the tows cut out can meet the requirements of prepreg tow applied in grid automated fiber placement.
