护理程序配合常规护理在降低留置针患儿并发症及提高舒适度中的作用

摘要
目的:探讨护理程序配合常规护理在降低留置针患儿并发症及提高舒适度中的作用。方法:选取102例于笔者所在医院住院治疗的发生留置针并发症患儿为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为A组(行常规护理)、B组(行护理程序配合常规护理),各51例。对比两组护理后留置针并发症情况、护理有效率、患儿舒适度和家属满意度情况。结果:B组护理总有效率(96.08%)高于A组(52.94%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,B组液体渗漏、局部静脉炎等并发症发生率均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患儿舒适度和家属满意度均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理程序配合常规护理能有效改善患儿留置针并发症情况,提高护理有效率、患儿置管舒适度和家属对护理工作满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing procedure combined with routine nursing on reducing complications and improving comfort of children with indwelling needle.Method:102 children with complications of indwelling needle in our hospital were divided into the group A(routine nursing) and the group B(nursing procedures combined with routine nursing) according to random number method,51 cases in each group.Comparing the complications of indwelling needle,nursing efficiency,comfort degree of children and family satisfaction between the two groups after nursing.Result:The total effective rate of nursing in the group B(96.08%) was higher than that of the group A(52.94%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as fluid leakage and local phlebitis in the group B were lower than those of the group A,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort degree and family satisfaction in the group B were higher than those of the group A,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing procedure combined with routine nursing can effectively improve the complications of indwelling needle in children,improve the effectiveness of nursing,comfort degree of indwelling needle in children and family satisfaction with nursing work.
