分娩镇痛仪联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法在分娩镇痛中的应用

摘要
目的分析分娩镇痛仪联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法对分娩镇痛的临床效果。方法 571例分娩产妇,按随机数字表法分为实验组(269例)和对照组(302例)。对照组产妇不做任何干预,实验组产妇采用分娩镇痛仪联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法辅助分娩,对比两组产妇的镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式。结果实验组产妇视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(4.1±0.3)分显著低于对照组的(8.6±0.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产妇总产程时间(5.0±0.4)h显著短于对照组的(8.5±0.6)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产妇阴道分娩率84.4%显著高于对照组的69.9%,剖宫产率15.6%低于对照组的30.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩镇痛仪联合拉玛泽呼吸减痛法在分娩镇痛中应用可获得显著镇痛效果,能缩短产程,提高自然分娩率、降低剖宫产率,值得临床开展应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of labor analgesia instrument combined with Lamaze respiratory pain reduction method in labor analgesia. Methods A total of 571 delivery maternal women were divided by random digital table method into experimental group(269 cases) and control group(302 cases). The control group received no intervention, and the experimental group received labor analgesia instrument combined with Lamaze respiratory pain reduction method for assist labor. The analgesic effect, labor time and mode of delivery of the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had significantly lower visual analogue scale(VAS) score as(4.1±0.3) points than(8.6±0.7) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly shorter total labor time as(5.0±0.4) h than(8.5±0.6) h in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had significantly higher vaginal delivery rate as 84.4% than 69.9% in the control group, and lower caesarean section rate as 15.6% than 30.1% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of labor analgesia instrument and Lamaze respiratory pain reduction method shows remarkable analgesia effect in shorten labor process, improve the natural delivery rate and reduce the cesarean section rate. It is worthy of clinical application.
