摘要
精细分层注水是低渗透油藏保持地层能量、提高水驱动用程度最经济有效的技术手段。针对大井组、丛式井定向井分注管柱有效期短、分层注水合格率下降快及人工作业效率低的问题,研发了分注井井下自动测控技术。该技术将一体化数控水嘴、小型化流量计、验封短节、压力测试机构及控制模块创新集成,实现自动测调和自动验封,摆脱了人工测调模式,具有集成化程度高、自动化程度高、复杂井况适应性强及分层注水合格率高等特点。在长庆姬塬油田注水开发中进行了扩大试验,分注管柱有效期延长至2年以上,无线通讯成功率100%,试验成功率95%以上,分层注水合格率90%以上,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
        Fine layered water injection in low permeability reservoir is the most economic and effective way to maintain the formation energy and improve the oil production by water flood.For large pads,tubing strings in the cluster wells and directional wells have short effective periods,and there is fast decrease in stratified water injection quality,and low manual work efficiency. So automatic downhole measurement and control technology for stratified injection wells is developed. The technology will be the integration of NC faucets,small flowmeter,short pressure sealing test sub,pressure test mechanism and control modules to achieve automatic measurement and automatic sealing test,having the advantages of high integration degree,high degree of automation,strong adaptability and high qualified rate of layered water injection at Changqing. The tubing string's effective period is extended to 2 years,the wireless communication success rate up to 100%,the success rate more than 95%,the qualification rate of stratified water injection above 90%,having broad application prospects.
