非核心企业参与分布式创新网络的风险识别

摘要
为了厘清非核心企业参与分布式创新网络的风险环境,指导非核心企业参与网络决策和实践,采用三阶段综合集成的方法,根据风险产生的诱因集成出分布式创新网络一般风险,并采用因子分析法对风险因素验证和分类,最后在此基础上借助模糊德尔菲法和K-均值聚类算法识别出一般风险中对非核心企业影响更为显著的风险,从而构建非核心企业参与分布式创新网络的风险指标体系,包含绩效风险、运营风险和关系风险3大类共14项风险因素。
In order to clarify the non- core business in distributed innovation network participation in environmental risk and non- core enterprises to participate in the network decision and practice,it uses the third stage of integrated methods,according to the risks from incentives to integrate distributed innovation network risk,and by using the factor analysis method to verify the risk factors and classification. Finally,on the basis of the above with fuzzy Delphi method and K- means clustering algorithm combination method to identify the risk on the impact of non- core business is more significant risk,and then to construct the non- core business to participate in distributed innovation network risk index system,which contains the performance risk,operation risk and relational risk in three categories,a total of 14 wind risk factors.
