摘要
环境参数监测系统作为减压水池实验室重要的测试系统之一,用于监测水池大气压力、水位、温湿度以及试验设备工作状态等参数,具有被测对象种类丰富、测点数量繁多、分布范围广和布线复杂等特点。根据减压水池环境参数监测系统特点,提出了基于分布式测控系统结构的设计方案,采用EtherCAT总线技术组成了树形拓扑网络的主、从站系统结构。重点对主从站硬件选型、分站耐压箱体和电缆设计,以及系统数据记录、回放及共享功能进行了详细阐述。经减压水池试验任务检验,环境参数监测系统实现了数据分布式采集、远程集中实时监测和记录的功能,有效保障了试验任务的可靠执行。
        As one of the important test systems in the decompression tank, the environmental monitoring system is used to monitor parameters such as the atmospheric pressure, water level, temperature, humidity, and working state of the test equipment. It has the characteristics of rich variety of measured objects,a large number of measuring points, wide distribution and complex wiring. According to the features of the environment parameter monitoring system, a design of distributed measurement and control system, which is the tree topology system structure composed by master and slave stations, based on the EtherCAT bus technology is proposed. The selection of system hardware, the slave station's design of box and cable, as well as the system's functions of data recording, playback and sharing are described in detail. Through tests of the decompression tank, it is proved that the environment parameter monitoring system can realize functions of acquiring distributed data, remote centralized showing and recording parameters, which effectively guaranteed the task execution.
