摘要
主要介绍了一种基于红外线性全测温分析的电力设备故障诊断方法。该方法通过红外热成像测温摄像机采样电气设备全温度数据,识别电气设备线性热分布特征;采用平滑滤波算法,对设备每相全温度曲线进行滤波处理,减少噪声信号对测温诊断的影响。通过对电气设备的每相全温度的温差分析,实现电气设备故障部位的全覆盖诊断;通过对电气设备的每相全分布温度的频域分析,识别局部温度突变及因电压致热而导致的内部故障等。该方法实现了对电气设备的热故障及热特征的分析诊断。
A method is introduced for fault diagnosis of electrical equipment based on infrared thermo-graphic linear measuring temperature.Infrared thermo-graphic camera is used to sample the full image temperature data of electrical equipment,then,the linear thermal distribution characteristic is identified for diagnosis.The equipment's each phase linear temperature data is pre-processed using smoothing filter algorithm,to reduce the noise effects on temperature measurement diagnosis.Through the each phase's linear temperature difference and the linear data characteristic to analyze all parts of the equipment's performance status.The faults because of the part temperature mutation or voltage to hot are found by the linear temperature data frequency spectrum.
