稠油热采实验中基于电阻率测量的含油饱和度测试装置改进方法研究

摘要
传统的含油饱和度测试装置已无法满足测点高密度、结果高精准度以及装置高密封性的实验要求,测试结果误差较大。本文结合含油饱度测量中常用的电阻率测量法对稠油热采实验中含油饱和度的电阻率法测量模型进行了改进,提出了一种可实现测点高密度、高电阻率测量精的准测量方法,从而准确计算出含油饱和度。该方法能在不影响稠油热采模型密封性的前提下,实现测点电阻率的高密度测量,同时也能保证测量结果的可靠性和准确性,是一种高效、准确的新型测量方法。
        The traditional oil saturation test device cannot meet the experimental requirements of high density of the measuring point,high precision of the result and high sealing performance of the device, and the test result has a large error. In this paper, the resistivity measurement method was used to improve the resistivity measurement model of oil saturation in heavy oil thermal recovery experiment,and an accurate measurement method was proposed. Thereby the oil saturation can be accurately calculated. The method can realize the high-density measurement of the measuring point resistivity without affecting the sealing property of the heavy oil thermal recovery model, and can also ensure the reliability and accuracy of the measurement result, and is an efficient and accurate measuring method.
