并联有源电力滤波器的鲁棒性控制

摘要
并联有源电力滤波器SAPF(shunt active power filter)是当前谐波治理的主趋势。为获得高品质的SAPF谐波补偿性能,提出具有鲁棒性的单相数字锁相环,通过乘法鉴相、环路低通滤波、无静差控制、积分取余等环节实现对网侧电压相位的检测;并设计具有高稳定性的直流侧电压控制器,应用极点配置法确定控制器参数。文中提出的锁相环相位跟踪结果不受电网电压畸变影响,锁相准确,电压控制器相角裕度大、响应速度快,能够兼顾稳态与暂态性能,因此该SAPF系统对电网具有良好的适应性。仿真与实验验证了所提方案的正确性与有效性。
        Shunt active power filter(SAPF) is the main trend for harmonic governance. To obtain high-quality harmoniccompensation, a single-phase digital phase-locked loop with robustness is proposed,whichcould detect the phase of thenetwork voltage through the multiplication phase discrimination,loop low pass filter,non static error control and inte-gral remainder etc. And a high stability of the DC voltage controller is also designed by using pole assignment to deter-mine the controller parameters. The detection results of the phase-locked loop are not affected by voltage distortion fromgrid in this paper and phase wasobtained accurately. Also the voltage controller has a large phase margin, as well as afast response speed and both steady-state and transient performance are taken into account. Therefore, the SAPF systemhas a good adaptability to grid. Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the pro-grams.
