高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林肠溶片含量实验教学的探讨

摘要
阿司匹林肠溶片含量的测定是药物分析课程中一个常见的实验内容,HPLC法测定阿司匹林肠溶片含量的实验难以开展,而两步滴定法实验开展要求较低,是各大高校药物分析课程的常用教学方案。为提高本校药物分析实验课程中高效液相色谱法测定阿司匹林肠溶片含量的教学效果的探讨,本文首先分析了高校中现有阿司匹林肠溶片含量测定的实验教学的现状,探究了HPLC法的教学内容及其优势,最后阐述了HPLC法测定阿司匹林肠溶片含量的实验教学效果。
The determination of aspirin enteric-coated tablets is a common experimental content in the Analytical Pharmaceutical course. The determination of aspirin enteric-coated tablets using HPLC method is difficult to carry out,while the two-step titration method currently widely used due to its low requirements. Now it is a common teaching program in Analytical Pharmaceutical course around major universities. In order to improve the teaching effect of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the experimental course of Analytical Pharmaceutical in this school,the current status of experimental teaching of the determination of aspirin entericcoated tablets in different universities and discussed the experimental teaching content and advantages of high performance liquid chromatography for determination of aspirin enteric-coated tablets were analyzed,and the teaching effect of HPLC for the determination of aspirin enteric-coated tablets was illustrated.
