摘要

水环境污染形势依然严峻,依据《水污染防治行动计划》要求,各地区必须建立行之有效的水污染防治工作方案,通过对水质及污染源数据进行收集、分析评价,建立水污染防治决策分析平台,进而加强对重点污染源的管理,以达到水污染防治的根本目标。
        The water environment pollution situation is becoming increasingly severe. According to the requirements of the Water Pollution Prevention Action Plan,all regions must establish an effective water pollution prevention and control work program. Through the collection,analysis and evaluation of water quality and pollution source data,a decision analysis platform for water pollution control was established to strengthen the management of key pollution sources in order to achieve the fundamental goal of water pollution prevention and control.
