摘要
针对甘薯分段收获机升运器作业顺畅性差、伤薯率高、设计依据缺乏等问题,设计了一款杆条式升运器,阐述了总体结构与工作原理,对升运器的结构及选型、杆条、杆条线速度等参数进行了设计.升运器采用套筒滚子链型,杆条间隙为52mm,杆条直径为18mm,采用偏心齿轮式抖动轮.开展了田间试验,优化出杆条线速度为2.1m/s,升运器倾角为18°,检测结果符合技术标准.
In this paper,a kind of sweetpotato stem lift conveyer was designed by correcting a series of problems in the old one for poor operation,high injured rates of sweetpotato and lack of design basis.The whole structure of the stem conveyer and its working principle were introduced,and the conveyer's structure and model selection,the parameter of stem and its linear velocity were designed.The conveyer was equipped with a sleeve roller chain and dithering-wheel of eccentric gear the gap between stems was 52 mm and the diameter of each stem was 18 mm.The field experiment was conducted and the optimized parameter of the stem's linear velocity was 2.1 m/s while the lift conveyer's inclination was 18°.The test results conformed to the technical standards.
