摘要

港口工程对我国的经济发展和人们的生活都有着重要的意义,在港口工程施工中,施工合同是非常重要的,需要对其进行合理的管理,因此,就需要对港口工程施工合同进行正确的管理。因此,本文就对施工合同的管理进行分析和研究。
        Port engineering is of great significance to China's economic development and people's lives. In the construction of port engineering,construction contract is very important and needs to be managed reasonably. Therefore,it is necessary to manage the construction contract of port engineering correctly. Therefore,this article carries on the analysis and the research to the construction contract management.
