基于满意度模型的采场结构参数多目标综合优化研究

摘要
以矿柱宽度、矿房跨度与分段高度3个主要采场结构参数为影响因素,最大压应力、最大拉应力、顶板位移和矿房回采矿量为评价指标,进行了响应面试验设计。采用3DMINE-MIDAS/GTS-FLAC~(3D)联合模型的计算结果,得到响应面结果和评价指标的回归方程,并据此得出单一因素和因素交互作用对评价指标的影响规律;将回归方程和矿房回采矿量引入基于满意度的多目标优化模型,得到最佳采场结构参数。结果表明,所建立评价指标的回归方程相关性很高,能在试验范围内准确地预测结果;评价指标受到单因素和因素间交互作用影响,交互作用中,矿柱宽度与矿房跨度交互作用影响最显著。最佳采场结构参数为:矿柱宽9 m,矿房跨度11 m,分段高度12 m;把该参数应用于招金矿业夏甸金矿,取得了良好的效果。
        Using pillar width,room span and sublevel height as influencing factors,the maximum compressive stress,maximum tensile stress,roof displacement and ore reserves for mining in the room as evaluation indexes,a response surface test was designed for the stope. Then,with the calculation result from a united 3 DMINE-MIDAS/GTS-FLAC3 D model,response surface result and a regression equation of the evaluation index were all obtained. Based on that,the influence rule of single factor and factor's interaction on the evaluation index was deduced. The regression equation and the ore reserves for mining in the room were introduced into the multi-objective optimization model based on satisfaction theory,resulting in optimal parameters for stope structure. Results show that the regression equation of each evaluation index with very high correlation among each other,can accurately predict the evaluation indexes within the range test.The evaluation indexes were influenced not only by single factor,but also by the interaction among three factors. And the interaction of pillar width and room span will bring the greatest impact. Based on the study result,the optimal parameters of stope structure were determined as follows: pillars of 9 m wide,room span of 11 m long and sublevel of 12 m high.And the practice in Xiadian Gold Mine deposit of Zhaojin Mining Co with those optimal parameters showed a good effect.
