摘要
塔河九区奥陶系以TK916井为代表,具有高压(40MPa)、高气量(日产7万方)、高含硫化氢(最高2787ppm)的特点,平均含蜡量11.23%,举升过程中井筒蜡堵现象突出。本文为了克服油基清蜡剂毒性大、易燃、易爆、对地层伤害大的缺点,通过筛选20种溶剂,研制环保无毒害的油基清蜡剂,扩大使用范围,提高塔河九区清蜡效果。
        The Ordovician in Tahe 9 area is represented by TK916 well, which has the characteristics of high pressure(40 MPa), high gas volume(70,000 square meters per day), high hydrogen sulfide content(the highest 2787 ppm), with an average wax content of 11.23%. Wax plugging in wellbore is prominent during lifting. In order to overcome the shortcomings of oil-based paraffin remover, such as high toxicity, flammability, explosion and serious damage to formation, 20 kinds of solvents were screened to develop environmentally friendly and non-toxic oil-based paraffin remover, so as to expand the scope of application and improve the effect of paraffin removal in Tahe Ninth District.
