苏北油田同心分注工艺的应用实践与评价

摘要
针对苏北油田注水井偏心分注工艺存在测试投捞工作量大及测试误差大等问题,引进同心分注测、调一体化工艺,并在茅山、草舍、仓场等区块应用6口井。分注方式为一级两段、两级两段和两级三段,最大井深3 075 m,层间压差小于20 MPa,单层配注量10.34~28.56 m3/d,误差0.82%~4.80%,较大提高分注井测调效率及精度,满足了苏北油田精细分层注水的需要。
        In Subei oilfield, the casting and fishing operation in logging of eccentric injection technology of injection wells need lots of work with large error. So the concentric injection technology with simultaneous testing-debugging is brought in and applied in 6wells in Maoshan, Caoshe, Cangchang and so on. The injection manners are injection in two layers with one packer, injection in two layers with two packers and injection in three layers with two packers. The maximum hole depth is 3 075 m. The interlayer pressure differential is less than 20 MPa. The injection allocation rate of single layer is 10.34 ~ 28.56 m3/d. And the error is 0.82 % ~4.80 %. The testing-debugging efficiency and accuracy of separate injection wells are greatly increased, which meet the needs of the fine separated layer water injection in Subei oilfield.
