摘要
基于智能功率模块(IPM)或功率集成模块(PIM)的三相电压源整流器(VSR)为一种高集成的PWM整流器,但是模块成本高,支持开关频率低,导致附加成本较高。采用网压定向的矢量控制策略,设计和实现了变频空调用三相电压源整流器,包括以下几个方面内容:(1)采用6只分立逆导开关,构成三相H桥;(2)采用下三管发射极串联三只分流电阻,通过测量分流电阻压降,重构三相网流;(3)采用分压和隔离电路获得电网线电压极性,通过开环锁相得到电网电压相位。试验结果表明,上述三相整流器的整体技术合理,性能良好,成本低廉,可以作为整流器备选方案。
The three-phase voltage source rectifier( VSR) based on the intelligent power module( IPM) or power integrated module( PIM),as a highly integrated PWM rectifier,has a high cost and supports low switching frequencies,resulting in a high additional cost. A net voltage oriented vector control strategy was adopted to design and realize a three-phase voltage source rectifier for the variable frequency air-conditioner. Following steps were adopted:(1) Six discrete reverse-conducting switches were used to make up a threephase H-bridge;(2) Three shunt resistors were connected in series by means of the emitters of the three lower tubes to reconstruct the three-phase network flow through measurement of voltage drop of the shunt resistor;(3) Voltage polarity of the power grid line was obtained through the voltage division and separation circuit,and voltage phase of the grid was obtained through the open-loop lock.Experimental results indicated that the proposed three-phase rectifier was a reasonable technology,had good performance and low cost,and could serve as an alternative rectifier.
