摘要
从分科走向全科,是当前广西农村小学教师培养的主要趋势。广西实施"农村小学全科教师定向培养计划",旨在解决广西农村小学教师数量不足、年龄老化、学科结构不合理等问题。
Cultivation of teachers that can teach all subjects,instead of specialized teacher cultivation,is the main trend of training primary school teachers in rural ares of Guangxi.The directional training plan of primary school teachers that can teach all subjects,which aims to solve the problems,such as teachers' amount is not enough,the age is old,subject structure is not reasonable and so on.
