浅谈风险分级管控体系与隐患排查治理体系在中药制药领域的应用

摘要
本文主要结合中药制药的生产工艺特点,从中药制药领域中安全生产方面存在的风险薄弱点着手,开展风险源识别,划分风险源管控责任,并以风险源为重点有针对性的进行隐患排查,通过风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防体系的运行,实现中药制药企业生产过程中安全生产"零事故"目标。
This article mainly combines the characteristics of the production process of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical,starting from the weak point of risk in the field of safety production in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,carrying out the identification of risk sources,dividing the responsibility of the risk source control,and taking the risk source as the focus to carry out the hidden trouble investigation,and through the risk classification management and the hidden trouble investigation and control dual precondition. The operation of the prevention system will achieve the goal of " zero accident" in the production safety of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.
