摘要
针对现行抽样检验方案的诸多弊端,对经典抽样检验的使用方风险进行改进。依据弹药产品交验新抽样检验的原则,借鉴MIL-STD-1916的思想,提出基于合格质量水平为标准的抽样风险形式,在二次抽样方案(0,2;1,2)型的条件下,修正并推导了使用方风险公式,对经典统计和修正后的风险公式进行了讨论和分析。计算结果表明:对于可靠性水平较高的产品,修正使用方风险公式更符合实际情况,且有利于减小样本量。
        In the view of shortcomings in the current sampling inspection schemes, the consumer's risk of the classical sampling inspection is improved. According to the principle of the new sampling inspection of ammunition products and the idea of MIL-STD-1916, sampling risks based on the qualified quality level are proposed. The formula of posterior risk of consumer was modified and derived under the condition of secondary sampling scheme and receiving criterion(0,2;1,2).The classical statistics and modified formula of risks is discussed and analyzed. The calculation results show that modified consumer risk is more in line with the actual situation and is beneficial to reduce sample size when the reliability level of the product is high.
