NBA选秀对CBA选秀机制借鉴重塑研究

摘要
运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析、对比研究等方法,就CBA选秀机制如何在借鉴NBA选秀基础上进行重塑的问题进行了分析和研究。研究指出:目前我国男子篮球职业联赛选秀制度社会关注度不高,选秀机构在定位选秀主体时存在偏差,制定的选秀目前与具体实施的选秀办法存在一定的脱节,选秀运动员所采用的薪资管理制度也不利于选秀目的的达成。与此同时,现行的高校高水平篮球运动员培养机制与职业俱乐部后备人才培养机制也无法为现行的选修制度提供必要的支持条件。因此,现阶段我国男子篮球职业选秀制度不能盲目模仿美国NBA选秀,同时在现行的选秀机制下也很难达成选秀目的。
With the methods of literature, expert interview, logical analysis and comparative study, this paper analyzes and studies how to remold CBA draft mechanism on the basis of NBA draft. The research points out that at present, the draft system of Chin's men's professional basketball league has not attracted much attention from the society and the draft agencies are biased in the positioning of the draft subjects. Meanwhile, the draft formulated is disjointed from the actual draft methods, and the salary management system adopted by the draft athletes is not conducive to the achievement of the draft objectives. At the same time, the current high level basketball player training mechanism and professional club reserve talent training mechanism cannot provide the necessary support conditions for the current elective system. Therefore, at the present stage, China's professional basketball draft system cannot blindly imitate the American NBA draft. It is difficult to achieve the draft goal under the current draft mechanism.
