凝固末端大压下对中心缩孔的影响

摘要
借助DEFORM对连铸大方坯不同凸辊辊型的轧制过程进行模拟,并分析不同轧辊类型的轧制效果,利用DEFORM建立热力-耦合模型并进行温度场模拟,计算出符合实际的二冷之后的即将全部凝固的温度场,并在温度场基础上进行了大压下轧制过程模拟。计算结果显示,在凝固末端对铸坯进行大压下量的轧制对中心缩孔的改善作用效果明显,且较高辊径差对铸坯的轧制效果较好。
        The rolling process of different convex roller type during continuous casting slab was simulated by means of DEFORM. The rolling effect of different types of rolls was analyzed. The thermo-mechanical coupling model was established by DEFORM, and the temperature field was simulated to simulate the actual temperature field of all solidification after secondary cooling. The rolling simulation under large reduction was carried out. The results show that the effect of large reduction at the solidification end on the central shrinkage hole is obvious, and the effect of higher roll diameter difference on the rolling of billet is better.
