摘要
高压磨料射流切割技术用于国内海上油气田生产设施弃置作业优势明显。依托公司现有的超高压磨料射流切割技术,自主研制一种不需采用高压旋转动密封的超高压磨料射流切割工具。工具结构简单,性能稳定。经现场试验,工具可以顺利完成多层套管的切割。
        The application of high pressure abrasive jet cutting technology in the disposal of production facilities in offshore oil and gas fields in China has obvious advantages. Based on the existing super high pressure abrasive water jet cutting technology, a super high pressure abrasive jet cutting tool without high pressure rotary seal is developed independent. The tool is simple in structure and stable in performance. Through field test,the tool can finish the cutting of multi-layer casing successfully.
