摘要
目的分析不同粒径透明质酸注射对皮肤坏死的影响。方法随机将新西兰白兔分为3组,通过兔耳U形组织切除方法构建皮瓣后,分别注射生理盐水(对照组)、450μm粒径透明质酸(观察A组)和900μm粒径透明质酸(观察B组),术后1、3、5 d,分别观察皮瓣颜色、温度及坏死面积,并对不同组数据进行统计分析。结果采用450μm粒径和900μm粒径透明质酸注射,均可导致皮肤坏死,其中采用900μm粒径透明质酸注射而导致的坏死面积更大,皮肤温度更低。结论兔耳U形组织切除方法可以成功构建透明质酸导致皮肤坏死模型;采用900μm粒径透明质酸注射更容易诱发皮肤的坏死。
        Objective To analyze the effect of hyaluronic acid injection with different particle sizes on skin necrosis. Methods New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. Flaps were constructed by U-shaped tissue excision of the rabbit ears. The rabbits were divided into three groups: a control group, and observation groups A and B. Physiological saline was injected into the rabbits in the control group, hyaluronic acid of 450 μm was injected in observation group A, and hyaluronic acid of 900 μm was injected in observation group B. The color, temperature, and areas of necrosis of the flaps were observed at 1, 3, and 5 days after operation.The data of the different groups was statistically analyzed. Results Injection of hyaluronic acid with a diameter of 450 μm and 900 μm had the potential to result in skin necrosis. In observation group A, the necrosis area was larger and the skin temperature was lower than those in observation group B. Conclusion A skin necrosis model of rabbit ears induced by hyaluronic acid injection can be successfully constructed through U-shaped tissue excision. Injection of hyaluronic acid with a diameter of 900 μm is more likely to induce skin necrosis.
