摘要
为提高拉萨综合客运枢纽内旅客换乘衔接效率,基于民族宗教节日的客流出行特征,针对枢纽内各换乘过程中交通运输方式衔接出现的问题,运用实地调查法,测量计算各换乘方式衔接所需的路程、时间以及换乘成本,结合城市综合规划布局,从方便舒适的原则出发,提出相应的换乘衔接优化方案。将各方案进行模拟演示,发现可大幅缩短换乘距离与时间,并能降低一部分换乘费用,综合资金、时间、工程量等因素进行比较,对枢纽内公交车、客运汽车、铁路等换乘得出最为经济高效的方案,从而保障朝圣人群的出行需求,缓解城市交通压力,规范枢纽内换乘秩序,提高综合客运枢纽的换乘效率和旅客满意度。本研究进一步完善高原地区综合客运枢纽的规划设计,可对拉萨综合客运枢纽换乘设施的布局优化提供基础理论参考。
        To improve the transfer efficiency of passengers in Lhasa integrated passenger transport hub, based on the national passenger travel characteristics of ethnic and religious festivals, in view of the problem that the transfer process of the transport connection problems in the hub, the field investigation method was used to measure and calculate distance, time and cost of each transfer mode. Combined with the comprehensive urban planning layout, based on the principle of convenient and comfortable, corresponding transfer connection optimization schemes were proposed. Through the simulation demonstration, it is found that the transfer distance and time can be greatly shortened, and a part of the transfer cost can be reduced. By comparing the factors such as funds, time and engineering quantity, the most economical and efficient transfer schemes for buses, passenger cars and railways in the hub can be obtained. Thus, the pilgrimage crowd's traveling demand is guaranteed, pressure of urban traffic is relieved, transfer order within the hub is standardized, the transfer efficiency and passenger satisfaction of the integrated passenger transport hub are improved. This study further improves the planning and design of the comprehensive passenger transport hub in the plateau region, and provides a basic theoretical reference for the layout optimization of the transfer facilities of the Lhasa integrated passenger transport hub.
