“水课”里的“水”怎么挤出去?

摘要
高校"水课"的"水源"有三:因对某些课程的意义认识不足,大学生学习态度不够端正;因激励机制不强,教师教学投入不足;因缺乏有效训练,教师教学能力不强。目前,我国高校"水课""脱水"工程面临着以下困境:知识、观念快速更新,课程体系相对滞后;受评价竞争机制影响,"重科研,轻教学"政策还将持续;教学人力资源缺乏,短期内难以得到改变;人才培养的功利性价值追求及不合理的教学管理模式较难消除。高校须从实际出发,抓课程管理保证"脱水"效率,抓制度建设堵住"进水口",树尊师重教校风构建"防水堤"。
        There are three "sources" of "water courses" in colleges and universities: students′ learning attitude is not correct due to lack of understanding of the meaning of some courses; incentive mechanism is not strong, and faculty′ teaching input is inadequate; faculty′s teaching ability is insufficient due to lack of effective training. The improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities is confronted with many difficulties. Firstly, the curriculum system lags behind the rapid renewal of knowledge and concepts. Secondly, under the influence of evaluation competition mechanism, the policy of "emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching" will continue. Thirdly, the lack of teaching human resources is hard to change in a short term. Finally, the pursuit of utilitarian value and unreasonable teaching management mode of talent cultivation are hard to reverse. Colleges and universities should proceed from reality, focus on curriculum management to ensure the "dehydration" efficiency, pay attention to system construction to block the "water intake" and cultivate the school spirit of respecting faculty and valuing education to construct "waterproof embankment".
