自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果分析

摘要
目的研究自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 45例翼状胬肉患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(22例)和观察组(23例)。对照组患者采取传统单纯翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组患者采取自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗。比较两组患者复发情况、并发症发生情况及治疗前后裸眼视力、角膜散光度。结果观察组患者复发率、并发症发生率分别为13.04%、13.04%,均低于对照组的50.00%、40.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者裸眼视力、角膜散光度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对翼状胬肉患者进行治疗时,自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗效果显著,不仅能够有效降低患者术后复发率和并发症发生率,还能够促进患者裸眼视力和角膜散光度的显著改善,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of autologous limbal epithelial transplantation for the treatment of pterygium. Methods A total of 45 pterygium patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group(22 cases) and observation group(23 cases). The control group was treated with traditional pterygium excision alone, and the observation group was treated with autologous limbal epithelial transplantation.Comparison were made on recurrence, occurrence of complications, naked eye vision and corneal astigmatism before and after treatment in two groups. Results The observation group had lower recurrence rate and incidence of complications respectively as 13.04% and 13.04% than 50.00% and 40.91% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had better naked eye vision and corneal astigmatism than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous limbal epithelial transplantation has a significant effect in the treatment of pterygium patients. It can not only effectively reduce the recurrence rate and incidence of complication, but also promote the improvement of naked eye vision and corneal astigmatism. It has a high clinical application value.
