摘要
为了研究长链非编码RNA-Sch LAP1在结直肠癌(CRC)患者血清中的表达及临床意义,收集CRC患者血清标本60例、健康人血清标本20例,利用RT-PCR方法检测Sch LAP1和DEK的表达情况,分析二者与CRC患者临床病理学参数及生存期的相关性。结果显示,Sch LAP1和DEK在CRC患者血清中的表达水平均明显高于健康人群;Sch LAP1高表达率与临床分期明显相关,而DEK高表达与组织分化程度及临床分期明显相关,两种基因的高表达率经Spearmans检验具有明显相关性;Sch LAP1和DEK同时高表达的患者5年生存率和无瘤生存率明显低于单独一种表达或两种均不表达者。因此,检测血清中Sch LAP1和DEK基因的表达对评估CRC预后均有一定的临床意义,二者同时检测时价值更明显。
        To study the expression and clinical significance of lnc RNA-SchLAP1 in serum of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC), the serum specimens of 60 patients with CRC and 20 healthy persons were selected.SchLAP1 and DEK expression were detected by RT-PCR method. Moreover,the correlation of the SchLAP1 and DEK with clinical pathology parameters and survival of patients were analyzed by statistical methods. The results showed that both of SchLAP1 and DEK overexpression in serum of CRCs were obviously higher than that of healthy persons. Additionally, the expression of SchLAP1 was obviously related with clinical stage of CRCs,and the expression of DEK was obviously related with differentiation and clinical stages of CRCs. By combination analysis, CRC with DEK overexpression concomitant with SchLAP1 overexpression had a significantly lower5-year survival rate and disease-free survival rate than those without SchLAP1 overexpression. Therefore,detecting the expression of SchLAP1 and DEK in serum of CRC has certain clinical significance to evaluate prognosis.
