城市二级综合性民营医院护士职业认同现状研究

摘要
目的:了解城市二级综合性民营医院护士职业认同现状,为民营医院护士职业认同感管理提供理论依据。方法:采用护士职业认同评定量表对3所病床数500张以上的综合性民营医院的337名在岗护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士职业认同得分为(106.23±13.75)分,处于中等水平,职业认同水平在不同年龄、职称、科室、工作年限、月收入、夜班数和婚姻状况变量上差异均有统计学意义。结论:民营医院低年资、重点科室护士职业认同状态应值得关注。
        Objective:To investigate the status of professional identity of nurses in urban secondary comprehensive private hospitals,and to provide theoretical basis for improving nurses' professional identity. Method:A questionnaire survey based on Nursing Professional Identity Scale was conducted on 337 nurses from 3 comprehensive private hospitals. Results:The average score of professional identity of nurses was(106.23 ± 13.75),which was at the middle level. There were significant differences in professional identity among variables such as age,job title,department,working years,monthly income,night shift numbers and marital status. Conclusion:The status of professional identity of murses in less working years and in key departments should be worthy of attention.
